H house, beautifully captured by @emmajonssondysell for @njorddesign.se .
In this project, the guiding principle was a gentle blend between the raw and the refined - a timeless environment to serve as a backdrop to its fantastic natural surroundings and heartfelt gatherings for decades to come.

Wherever it brings clarity, precision, adherence and efficiency - we can certainly see advantages in employing AI technologies, in a way that will best benefit our projects and their clients. But our creative process will always remain distinctively human.
A beautiful house is not resolved through systems and prompts, but through spatial and material sensibility, judgement, intuition and craft. In order to achieve deliberate results filled with warmth, character and soul one must never lose the human touch; the result of heartfelt passion and years spent in dedicated pursuit of architectural excellence.
To us, technology is a tool for rigour. The artistry, and the making of houses worth falling in love with, stays in the hands of skilled visionaries.

We do not merely design houses and interiors; we bring them into being. Combining a sophisticated understanding of feasibility and value with a disciplined approach to quality and design, we guide our clients from initial concept to finished building. The result is a process that is as considered as the architecture itself, with each decision shaped by clarity, craftsmanship, and respect for the desired budget.

We have officially fallen in love. This Brazilian quartzite is called Madre Perla, and it’s going in our kitchen. Its pearlescent glow, the beautiful hint of green running through it, and its incredible depth caught our hearts instantly 🐚 Then there is the Travertine. A stone we have always loved. It’s a classic that immediately transports us to the Mediterranean. It has that warm, organic feel that we just must have in our house to bring that vacation feeling home. 🏛️☀️Project: VI House
AM House unfolds on a lakefront outside Borlänge, Sweden—an architectural retreat shaped by landscape, light, and seasonality. Low horizontal lines, layered volumes, and a rich palette of timber, stone, concrete, and dark metal create a home that feels both grounded and refined. Opening toward the water through expansive glazing, terraces, and decks, the house balances privacy and openness with a calm sense of luxury rooted in nature.

The VI house interior reads less as a series of rooms than a carefully tuned procession from a grounded, almost geological calmness to spaces that become progressively lighter and more outward facing as the home climbs the hillside. Rough surfaces such as slate and concrete are balanced with the warmth of detailed oak joinery, Swedish marble accents and gently cream colored surfaces. Contrast is achieved through black metal elements and light fixtures, notably the exterior blinds which provide shade as well as a layer of adaptive privacy. The result is a palette that is minimal and calm yet richly detailed in a confident expression of understated luxury.

Perched on a hillside above a quiet inlet of Lake Mälaren west of central Stockholm, We designed VI house as a warm, social home that balances privacy with openness. Shaped by a tight plot, it's subtly canted plan turns constraints into generous, efficient spaces.
Anchored to the rock in the south and supported by a tall concrete retaining wall to the north, a concrete spine runs through the house - organizing rooms in a palette of colors and materials that brighten as you ascend through the three stories, topped off with a lush roof terrace with sweeping views of the surrounding landscape.

2025 is coming to an end and what an eventful year it has been! We are very thankful to all of you who follow our wonderful journey toward fulfilling dreams, and this reel of images gives just a small glimpse of the wide variety of projects we have been working on this year, including some that we have yet to show properly.
Wish you all a happy new year! ❤️
M house is conceived as an eagle's nest overlooking the beautiful Gothenburg archipelago from its vantage point at the highest elevation in its surroundings. Rather than presenting itself as an object on the hill, the house is designed to recede into the landscape: its volumes are cut into the cliff, stepping and sliding with the natural topography so that the architecture feels anchored, almost geological, rather than applied.
The home is organized across three terraced levels, connected through multiple visual and spatial elements. A defining feature is the water axis that begins in the backyard pool and descends as a waterfall through a glazed atrium at the heart of the house. This vertical void is one of the first spaces encountered from the lower entrance level, drawing daylight deep into the plan and stitching together interior and landscape as a continuous, flowing sequence.

Today we paid a visit to N house, where almost all construction has been completed. The site is stunning and most of what is left now is for the house to merge with its surroundings as it settles in the neighboring vegetation over the coming seasons.
To us, architecture is an act performed not only to fulfill a demand - it is an effort to satisfy an aspiration while achieving balance with the surroundings. Sometimes, this means blending in - other times it means creating a character, a strong voice to inspire others in an absence of individuality. Regardless of any given case, our aim is always to touch the sublime, and to reach results that surpass expectations.
