The design of the flat laminated wood roof features a gentle curve, respecting the position of a large native tree. This gesture reinforces the dialogue with nature, while the social spaces and bedrooms are designed to offer privileged views and a direct connection to the outdoors. • Para integrar a paisagem do belo jardim ao interior, a Casa Vero foi projetada como uma construção térrea, caracterizada por amplas aberturas e o uso de materiais naturais que criam uma relação simbiótica com o entorno verde que envolve a residência. O desenho da cobertura plana em madeira laminada apresenta uma leve curvatura, respeitando a posição de uma frondosa árvore nativa. Its architecture explores curved forms and sinuous geometries, creating a dynamic dialogue with the coastal landscape and the surrounding urban scale. The tower’s design emphasizes fluidity, natural light, and unobstructed views of the coastline stretching toward the horizon. • Atualmente em desenvolvimento, na Praia Brava, Santa Catarina, o Raro Building é um projeto assinado pelo Studio Otto Felix, cuja arquitetura explora curvas e geometrias sinuosas, criando movimentos que dialogam com a paisagem litorânea e com a escala urbana do entorno. Highlighting the residents’ path, an interior walkway connects the two volumes that house the private and service areas. In the living rooms, the decor features pieces by renowned national designers such as Lina Bo Bardi, Sérgio Rodrigues, and Ricardo Fasanello. • A casa é definida por dois blocos posicionados paralelamente, um em cada extremidade do terreno, e unidos por um beiral que abriga um generoso vão de pé-direito duplo com fechamentos em caixilhos com estrutura de madeira e vidro. Destacando o percurso dos moradores, no interior, uma passarela conecta a dupla de volumes que resguarda as alas íntimas e de serviços. The continuous use of natural materials flowing from indoors to outdoors, combined with expansive glass panels, reinforces this connection, creating a sense of openness throughout the space. • A Casa Porto Feliz foi concebida como uma residência de final de semana. Os ambientes sociais foram pensados para diluir os limites físicos e visuais, conectando suavemente as áreas internas à varanda e ao solário. Inside, the spiral staircase commands attention as a sculptural centerpiece, emerging within the space. • No living da Casa Porto Feliz, as salas de estar, de jantar e a área gourmet estão integradas à varanda, criando um grande espaço contínuo. A aplicação de materiais naturais, desde a pedra que cobre o piso até os painéis ripados de madeira, reforça a ideia de integração. This thoughtful layout creates a central courtyard that enhances the enjoyment of the social and leisure areas. • De escala acolhedora, dois pavilhões, dispostos perpendicularmente um ao outro e unidos por um beiral metálico em “L”, definem a implantação da Casa Lene. The overlay of volumes in an amorphous design, delicately outlined by Studio Otto Felix team, establishes a spatial relationship that envisions breaking the architectural rigidity and seeks surprise elements, framing the view and revealing different environments. • Emergindo como um objeto arquitetônico escultural em um denso jardim de vegetação tropical, o projeto da Casa Jure se materializa como um lar de veraneio que busca intensificar a relação dos moradores com a exuberante paisagem. The “L” shaped layout provides privacy to the core of the lot, where the spacious living and leisure area is located. • Na Casa Paradise, para criar a imagem de um volume único a partir da via de acesso principal, painéis de madeira carbonizada envolvem toda a fachada.
