STUDIO NICHOLSON WOMAN | An editorial series exploring what womenswear means through stories with real women. | Based in New York City, she recalls her first encounter with the Korean Moonjar (dalhangari) at the Metropolitan Museum of Art many years ago, which now have become fundamental to her work.
Now working across ceramics and hanji (Korean mulberry paper) paintings, Hur explores contemplative spaces that feel both grounded and weightless.
