Studio mule does not operate with a fixed menu.
For wines by the glass, guests may select from the wines available on the day.
We offer a wide range, from moderately priced selections to special bottles; therefore, we kindly ask that you confirm prices when ordering.
We feel that receiving negative feedback without prior confirmation is not fair.
For guests who place primary importance on price, there are many other wine bars available, and we respectfully recommend considering those options.
Bottle orders are handled by first discussing your preferences, after which we will present a suitable recommendation.
We will make every effort to provide suggestions that meet your expectations.
In addition, as many of our guests visit to enjoy the music, we kindly request that conversations be kept at a respectful volume so as not to disturb others.

Du 3 au 10 mars, le sous-sol d’OGATA Paris se transforme en un espace d’écoute intime et sophistiqué, sous l’impulsion du Studio Mule et son fondateur, Toshiya Kawasaki, également créateur du label Mule Musiq. Pour l’occasion, une installation audio vintage conçue sur mesure par Horizon System a été aménagée et jouera une sélection éclectique de disques.
Pendant une semaine, ce bar éphémère fera vibrer l’acoustique unique des anciennes caves en pierre de l’hôtel particulier.

From March 3 to 10, the basement of OGATA Paris will be transformed into an intimate and sophisticated listening space, driven by Studio Mule and its founder, Toshiya Kawasaki, who is also the creator of the label Mule Musiq. For the occasion, a custom-designed vintage sound system by Horizon System has been installed and will play an eclectic selection of records.
For one week, this pop-up bar will make the unique acoustics of the former stone cellars of the hôtel particulier resonate.

Founded in 2020 in Shibuya, Tokyo, by Toshiya Kawasaki - DJ and founder of the label Mule Musiq - Studio Mule was born from a passion for natural wine and music. Inspired by Toshiya’s travels in Europe, the venue offers nearly 1,000 references of natural wines, mainly French and Italian, some drawn from his personal collection.
As part of Studio Mule’s residency in the basement of OGATA Paris, a carefully curated and diverse selection of wines - some of them under allocation - will be available in a spirit of sharing, curiosity, and creativity.

From March 3 to 10, Studio Mule - an iconic bar from Shibuya, Tokyo - will take up residence beneath the stone vaults of OGATA Paris’ basement for a special program combining vintage music and natural wines.
For this occasion, the bar will exceptionally be open every evening of the week, including Monday and Tuesday.
This unprecedented collaboration will feature a vintage audio installation, an eclectic vinyl selection, original sound creations, signature natural wines, and rare objects.
