A day bed on the front facade ✏️ 🏠
At #tangenthouse this cantilevered north-facing element anchors the street presence and draws you in.
What begins as a bold exterior gesture softens internally, as warm neutral bricks, oak timbers and subtle blue accents guide the interior palette.
So many comfy spots to sit with a book on a rainy day in this house 📖 ☕️

Progress update - lounge room edition at #projectinverness 🔨🏡
Fixing the quirky floor plan and dated decor is well underway, with the front lounge losing its uneccesary extra doors to the adjacent room, the old tile fireplace restored with a new fire insert, fresh lighting, new blinds, floor sanding and a whollllleeee lot of paint!
Don’t come for us 🫣 But we pained out all the old dark timber panelling in the entry 🎨 and are opting instead for warm taupe walls throughout with moments of colour via a purple ceiling, some fun joinery, new furniture and a bold new area rug!

The previous living area at #camberwellhouse is going to be rezoned to extend the central passage. A new stair will also run along the wall up to the mezzanine area to make the most of the existing double height void 🙌🏻
Skylights above will help inject more natural light into the centre of the existing house and create a pause moment on the walk through to the new extension 🏡
