Halloween - Bram Stokers Dracula Shoot
We've just completed our Dracula shoot, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results.
This was a complex, multi-light setup with seven lights, each one lit for purpose. Overhead scrim for soft illumination, separation light with a yellow gel for that harvest moon effect, strip lights for rim lighting, a 40 inch Phottix beauty dish for the faces, and flash heads with spheres to illuminate the red fabric and bring out the richness of the cape.
Every detail was planned, from the pose and expression to the costume, styling, and post-processing. This is what it takes to create drama, depth, and dimension in fine art photography.
John and Katelyn brought the intensity and passion of Dracula and Mina to life, and we're so proud of the final image.
