Across the Floor - Part II.
I visited the Dance Theatre of Harlem again, this time to capture the company. Sitting in the studio all day with these incredible dancers was a gift. I had the opportunity to be a fly on the wall as they rehearsed for the tour season, and getting to see a preview of “Firebird” was the cherry on top.

On a day when the weather was clear (a rare moment for April in Copenhagen), this shoot, with all its moving parts, fell into place. Not without hiccups, producing and art directing this shoot with a talented team was a continuing practice of rolling with the punches as a photographer.
