My very first large-scale team-building workshop—125 employees, two office locations, and one very determined me!
To celebrate Mother’s Day, I created a dried flower card activity that fit their unique work culture—people could come and go as they pleased, joining in between meetings or taking a kit to finish later. It was a completely new challenge for me, as I’m used to guiding hands-on floral workshops in person.
I spent many late nights designing and preparing 150 beautiful kits—each one packed with dried blooms, tools, and simple step-by-step instructions. My goal was to make it effortless and inspiring, even without me right there.
From setting up an inviting table to rehearsing the flow, I poured so much heart into this. And it was all worth it—every single card turned out so lovely. Watching both men and women light up while creating something meaningful was the best reward.
I’m truly proud of what I pulled off solo with StudioLorax. This was a milestone I won’t forget.
為了慶祝母親節，我設計了一個乾燥花卡片工作坊，特別配合這間公司的工作文化—員工們可以自由進出，有些在工作空檔來參與，有些則選擇帶走材料包之後再完成。對我來說，這是完全不同於以往的挑戰，因為我習慣的是全程親自帶領的花藝課程。
我花了好幾個深夜，用心準備了 150 份完整的材料包—內含乾燥花材、工具，以及簡單易懂的圖文說明。不論他們什麼時候來，都能輕鬆上手，甚至帶回家繼續完成，也能做出漂亮又有質感的作品。
從流程設計、場地佈置，到不斷排練，每個細節我都親自打理。當看到所有員工，不分性別，都投入其中、做出一張張美麗卡片時，我內心真的充滿感動。
這次的經驗，對我個人和 StudioLorax 都是一個重要的里程碑。我真的為自己感到驕傲

Beer bottles and cans became charming vases filled with festive yet elegant blooms. Small lanterns gathered around the tables added warmth and playfulness for families and kids to enjoy.

某天和朋友在谷歌用餐，無意間發現一個對外開放的美麗空間，當下心裡一個念頭閃過——如果能在這裡為地方媽媽們辦一場藝術展，該有多好？
我開始在社群上分享這個想法，初期反應熱烈，但真正願意參與的人不多。第一次線上會議只有一人出現，實體見面時也只有我一個人等了一個小時。但幾位真心支持的媽媽朋友讓我不忍放棄。儘管申請谷歌場地需要許多資料、過程繁瑣，我們仍一步步努力。
歷經一年，終於在年初集結了12位媽媽的完整作品，也獲得谷歌的同意與支持，確定了展出日期。我們開始投入宣傳、設計展場、規劃活動，一場場會議、一個個熬夜，終於把展覽辦起來了。
對不擅社交、英文也不流利的我來說，這是一次真正跨出舒適圈的挑戰。但看見每位媽媽自豪地向孩子介紹自己的作品，看見她們被朋友肯定、眼中閃耀著開心與自信的光芒，我知道，一切努力都值得。更開心的是，我們也得到了谷歌的肯定，未來希望能繼續舉辦這樣的展覽，讓更多媽媽被看見。
It all started with a simple lunch at Google, where I stumbled upon a beautiful community space. In that moment, I dreamed of creating an art exhibit where local moms could proudly share their creativity with the world.
The journey wasn’t easy—early meetings had almost no turnout, and applying for the space required endless paperwork. Many times, I wanted to give up. But a small group of supportive moms reminded me why I started.
A year later, we had 12 amazing moms, each with powerful stories and beautiful work. Google said yes. We planned, designed, stayed up late, and poured our hearts into this.
Seeing each mom proudly show her art to her child, feeling seen and celebrated—it made every challenge worth it. And now, with Google’s support, we hope to keep this going and lift up even more creative voices in our community.
