@studiolo.projects , The Limner Company presented a selection of fine portrait miniatures dating from the early 17th century to the late 18th century, including portraits of royalty and renowned historical figures.
Their presentation featured eight very special portrait miniatures on view in an innovative display in collaboration with
@alibrownstylist and
@4ddesign.agency .
The Limner Company was established in 2023 by leading consultant Emma Rutherford, who has specialised in portrait miniatures for 25 years. She has worked with museums, art dealers and in the auction world, her research and discoveries published in academic publications as well as the national media. Clients include the National Portrait Gallery, National Trust, Royal Collection Trust and Victoria & Albert Museum.
