A fellow kintsugi practitioner asked a valid question: how do you get such great consistency in your muro?
The day I figured it out, everything changed, and I am beyond happy I did. I am using an insulated proofing cabinet (used in kitchens to optimize fermentation and, for example, make koji rice) along with an additional humidifier. It’s consistent, reliable and I can adjust both the heat and the humidity to my preference.
