If you’ve built a Passivhaus Standard Building, its important that you get what you pay for and know how to procure a Passivhaus Building. New guidance from the Australian Passivhaus Association includes the performance and quality assurance criteria that must be met for a building to meet the Passivhaus Standard. These are critical contract inclusions for the clients to be aware of. Passivhaus Certification is the best method to verify the criteria has been met.

New Passivehouse in Croydon - Site Progress.
Great progress since doors and windows went in start of the year, with an encouraging before and after blower door test (BDT) result. External cladding has been meticulously installed. Plaster and skirts to the interior.
Looking forward to tiles, fixtures and joinery, and reveal of the concrete floor slab!
