In 2024, Studio DLSM was engaged by WeDo Living in the development and launch of a new furniture brand. The challenge was clear: to shape and give identity to a mid-range sofa brand, equipped with motion mechanisms, designed for a young, culturally aware, and international audience.
This led to a year-long working process that, in 2025, resulted in the launch of Nomas (
@nomas_home ) and its first collection.
For us, Nomas was a collective project. It involved the studio on multiple levels: from strategy and product design, led by Daniele Lo Scalzo Moscheri and Saverio Incombenti to Brand Creative Strategy and Art Direction, curated by Daniela Savoca (
@lotus.eater ).
A process of continuous dialogue, both internally and with the client, that led us to reflect on the concept of movement and mechanism not only as functional elements, but as narrative opportunities.
A vision that, from naming and brand identity, translated into a product collection, a website, an Instagram account, and a catalog.
Working on such a comprehensive brand project means accepting that the product is never an endpoint, but the visible expression of a deeper strategy.
It is in this space - between vision, narrative, and design - that, for us, the meaning of brand-making today takes shape.
