Through a deep analysis of the company, its founders, and every brand touchpoint, from the website to the catalogues, from social media to commercial communication, we built a strategic reflection aimed at redefining the brand’s positioning and language. The goal was not simply to elevate brand perception, but to identify what made it genuinely distinctive: an idea of home built on warmth, relationships, everyday comfort, and family in its broadest sense. From this analysis emerged the values, tone of voice, and key messages that today form the foundation of Family Bedding’s new narrative. A process that translated into: brand storytelling, art direction, content and visual strategy, brand book, company profile, and the development of content for the new catalogue. Project developed within StudioDLSM, with strategic and creative direction by Daniela Savoca (@lotus.eater ). Because every brand already has a story. For the second consecutive year, StudioDLSM returned to Salone del Mobile with Family Bedding. This time with a stand that is also the first visible expression of a broader creative direction developed together over the past months: brand strategy, new products, social communication and a new storytelling built around a single core idea, translated into the payoff “Benvenuti a casa”. The stand is not an exhibition space. It is a home. A circular lightbox anchors the centre, functioning as a piazza, an open threshold that welcomes the visitor and introduces the new collection. Around it, four living areas, each conceived as a private, inhabited room rather than a product display. Sofabeds that open, but don’t need to announce it. The decisive addition this year is the styling curated by @contimarchetti_studio , whose work gives each environment character and specificity, grounding the new brand narrative in objects, textures, and atmospheres that feel genuinely lived in. The catalogue developed for Busnelli’s 2025 collection marks a key moment within the broader creative direction defined for the brand. Conceived not as a traditional catalogue, but as a narrative object, it was designed to express the brand’s identity before the product itself comes into view. The project builds on a renewed storytelling approach, reconnecting Busnelli with its experimental, forward-thinking origins and translating them into a coherent visual and narrative language. The visual concept draws from the architecture of John Lautner: spaces reconstructed through artificial intelligence and reinterpreted as contemporary stages for pieces with a strong, unconventional presence. A dialogue between past and future, where the brand’s original spirit finds a new form. The creative direction was led by Daniele Lo Scalzo Moscheri, with art direction support by Daniela Savoca (@lotus.eater ). Structure, rhythm and visual storytelling were developed by StudioDLSM. Busnelli is a historic Italian design brand, long recognised for its unconventional approach and its evolving vision of living. In 2025, we partnered with the brand on a process of redefining its language and identity. A project that unfolded across multiple layers: from creative direction to brand storytelling, through to the development of a new visual and spatial narrative. We worked on a story capable of reconnecting Busnelli with its freer, more experimental origins, reinterpreting them through a contemporary lens. A vision that took shape across the catalogue, the language, digital communication, and the physical space of the Busnelli Studio in Milan. Creative direction was led by Daniele Lo Scalzo Moscheri, who shaped this process by defining a design vision able to bring together language, product and identity. Through an ongoing dialogue with the designers involved, he translated the brand’s values into a shared direction, while also contributing directly to the development of selected pieces within the collection. Brand storytelling and the artistic direction of language were curated by Daniela Savoca ( @lotus.eater ). A collective effort, where design, narrative and space come together to build a coherent and recognisable identity. In 2025, StudioDLSM developed a new creative direction for @busnelli_official spanning spatial concept, AD, products and catalogue. Busnelli Studio is one of those areas of work. Not a showroom, but a private space, conceived to express the brand’s identity through atmosphere, material, and experience rather than mere product display. A single guiding idea: a large creative set, where every corner carries its own meaning. A cocktail area. A vinyl station. A cinema zone. References drawn from the world of recording studios and private city apartments, analogical, intimate, deliberately cultural. Located on the seventh floor of a contemporary Milanese building, the space works with natural light and the skyline as active design elements. Boiserie surfaces articulate the vertical planes, giving warmth and rhythm to the environment. A circular spatial flow allows the visitor to move through the product naturally, without a prescribed sequence. At the heart of the space, the LAB area, dedicated to fabric and leather moodboards, functions as both an exhibition tool and a place of dialogue between brand, product, and client. From Strategy to Product StudioDLSM joined Yaren and her team coordinating the entire design development process: from briefing designers to defining products, materials, finishes, and the environments that frame the collection. A journey built on constant dialogue and shared vision. Every decision emerged from a cross-cultural exchange between Milan and Istanbul, where different perspectives aligned around the same values. The bridge, KEPI’s founding concept, became our working method: connecting ideas, traditions, and creative approaches into a cohesive collection. We’re proud to unveil our creative direction work for KEPI @kepiliving , a new contemporary furniture brand launching at IFF Istanbul and opening its flagship showroom at Skyland. In mid-2024, Mustafa and his daughter Yaren Kepi entrusted StudioDLSM with shaping their vision: creating a fresh design identity to complement their family’s established brand, Bykepi. Our journey began with a single image and concept: the bridge. This symbol became the cornerstone of our Brand Creative Design project, embodying multiple meanings that connect our stories: the generational bridge between father and daughter, the cultural bridge between nations, and the bridge as architecture that unites lands and peoples, a powerful presence in Turkey’s landscape and heritage. The Nomas catalog is more than a collection of pages: it’s a manifesto of the brand philosophy. Through four visual stories, we meet the people who inhabit the world of Nomas, everyday moments that bring the products to life, alongside detailed shots that highlight craftsmanship, materials, and design. Every page reflects a balance of vision, strategy, and personality. Functional for sales, but also immersive and emotional: a space where aesthetic sensibility meets commercial purpose, and the audience can both relate and aspire. From concept to print, from storytelling to photography, the catalog carries the brand language across every touchpoint. In 2024, Studio DLSM was engaged by WeDo Living in the development and launch of a new furniture brand. The challenge was clear: to shape and give identity to a mid-range sofa brand, equipped with motion mechanisms, designed for a young, culturally aware, and international audience. This led to a year-long working process that, in 2025, resulted in the launch of Nomas ( @nomas_home ) and its first collection. For us, Nomas was a collective project. It involved the studio on multiple levels: from strategy and product design, led by Daniele Lo Scalzo Moscheri and Saverio Incombenti to Brand Creative Strategy and Art Direction, curated by Daniela Savoca ( @lotus.eater ). A process of continuous dialogue, both internally and with the client, that led us to reflect on the concept of movement and mechanism not only as functional elements, but as narrative opportunities. A vision that, from naming and brand identity, translated into a product collection, a website, an Instagram account, and a catalog. Working on such a comprehensive brand project means accepting that the product is never an endpoint, but the visible expression of a deeper strategy.
