So my guy came to visit me at the studio since beginning of the month and he told me he wanted to have a birthday shoot, although he doesn't think guys should be having birthday shoots, like why would you be a guy and be posing 😫(little did he know he would turn to that kind of guy very soon😂😂) he sent a few concepts and kept hammering on how the shoot should go buh, finally on the day of the shoot he ended up leaving everything to me. So i just grabbed the spatula(camera) and cooked and voilà! Bro fell in love with himself.
That's when I realised that not all things beautiful have a perfect start.... so without wasting more time, I give you the chef's peaky delicacy.

The beauty of love
When you hear love, what do you think about first?
Your partner?
Your Friends?
Your family?
They are not wrong tho but, love transcends just what we think is actually love.
Just hear me out a little.
Sometimes, we show acts of loving without even realising, from just as little as considering someone, we've shown love.
That's because we were created out of love.
There's compassion and care in every heart, and it's in our nature, but we tend to place restrictions on ourselves to avoid being hurt.
You can only restrict what you know about, trust me, you don't know other things you've unknowingly done out of love.
This brings the memories of the just concluded AFCON 2024, precisely the semi-finals.
A funny but heart racing spectacle, really.
I was able to witness men and also women, release their thoughts for their country.
A country where everyone is unhappy with the suffocating economy, the killings, the unsteady power supply, and even tribal differences.
They all came in one heart to wish their country well.
My surprise spiked when I even heard men sing praises during the penalty shootout.
When most of those people present won't normally be even caught wandering around church on Sundays.
Then I came to a new understanding of love, and that is; you can send gifts, you can sing for someone, you may even be intimate with someone, but the true love is in "wishing for the growth of the person in your heart, even when the conditions aren't favorable for you, you just want them to be fine."
Take up the challenge and love someone today. Happy valentines.

My brother and I decided to “branch” somewhere; a museum at Cocoa House, one filled with the richness of the Yoruba culture @oduamuseum

Apparently, when there’s an event and the musicians are really into it while playing various instruments plus this particular one, they toss the box to one another, so they coined the word from the action; in Yoruba, to throw means “Ju”, so “Juju”, get it?
Slide 7: This was something that was used to ward off evil-doers of all sorts, they claim that when you look at it as a person about to cause harm, you’d see fire or flood

Beautiful Eseosa
The lady in Ododo(the red flannel cloth) traditionally recognised as the colour of the Edo tribe which represents royalty as she wears her Okuku on her head, symbolising purity and her transition from maidenhood to wifehood. She holds her handkerchief showing respect and submission as she covers her mouth following her husband who is not to eat in public, for people must not see him chew because he is a different breed from the rest.
That's the beaded bride of the Edo tribe, Adesuwa, a princess indeed.
