Art is rooted in people and community. It reflects our values in action and the ways we choose to show up for one another.
I was raised by hardworking immigrants, and that perspective shapes both my life and my work as an artist. It's how I understand resilience, care, and the importance of community support.
This February, 100% of proceeds from all live art commissions inquired this month will be donated. 50% to Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA) and 50% to NorCal Resist.
If this feels “too political” for you, I kindly ask that you unfollow. Art is inherently political. I was raised to speak up when injustice presents itself, and that belief is inseparable from who I am and will always be part of my work.
2025 pushed every boundary of what i thought i could handle. 44 events was filled with growth, long commutes, and occasional wrist pain, yet despite it all, the joy this work brings me is more than i ever wanted!
hitting milestones i once only dreamed of, and stepping into next year with 37 events already booked, none of this could have happened without you. thank you, i’m endlessly grateful for the year studio athley had, and i can’t wait to see what the future has in store! 🥂✨
