My partner grew up in the Hoh Rainforest in the PNW, and seeing these stills (and having visited there before) always make me wonder how/why he couldโve left such a magical place for NYC. They each have their own special breed of magic, I suppose. ๐ค
He told me growing up that endless amounts of agate would wash up on the shore; heโd collect them with this dad and theyโd tumble them together. When we last visited out there, there was no agate to be found, sadly - but still plenty of serene and lush beauty to behold.
