The Leonard on Beverly is a sophisticated mixed-use development that seamlessly integrates two levels of subterranean parking with a thoughtfully activated ground floor, anchored by a synagogue and curated retail. The community includes 20 memory care residences and 80 assisted living residences, each designed to support elevated daily living. Every residential level is enriched by expansive outdoor terraces, culminating in a rooftop amenity experience featuring an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, dog park, and activity lawn, set against panoramic views of downtown Los Angeles, Century City, the Pacific Design Center, and the Hollywood Hills. The primary assisted living amenity level, located on the sixth floor, is intentionally positioned to capture sweeping vistas in every direction, enhancing the resident experience. Inspired by a midcentury modern aesthetic, the design is deeply rooted in local and regional history, expressed through refined finishes and curated artwork that create a timeless, elevated residential environment.
