Believe me when I tell you that I’ve low key wanted to make pieces like these as well.
I was commissioned to create these for a Tourism SA (if I remember well) TVC in 2022 . Here I was testing if they are functional & wearable.

Been working on this one since late last year. Started playing around with the idea. I wasn’t happy with the first wax version of it. So I sat on it a bit and revisited it again around March this year. Everything looked good and I went ahead and did my first sample.
So happy with how it turned out especially with the skin texture translating onto the metal. So satisfying.
