Bertrand’s Townhouse

Studio Moren has completed Bertrand’s Townhouse, a 43 key boutique hotel formed from the careful integration of three Grade II listed Georgian townhouses in Bloomsbury. The project reflects a considered approach to adaptation, balancing the demands of hospitality with the preservation of the buildings’ original scale, proportion and domestic character.

@studio_moren , working across architecture and interior design, has transformed three adjoining Georgian townhouses to create the distinctive 43-key @bertrandstownhouse ’s for SAV Group.
The project preserves the charm, scale, and domestic intimacy of the historic buildings whilst introducing a refined contemporary aesthetic, inspired by Bloomsbury’s rich cultural and literary heritage.

Studio Moren & Fettle Design have completed The July, Victoria, the first London aparthotel for the Amsterdam born brand, introducing a new hospitality destination that blends residential comfort with hotel amenities. Located along Vauxhall Bridge Road, the development brings together 114 studio apartments and two larger residential suites within a refined red brick building that responds sensitively to its varied urban surroundings.
