The Latin Food Directory is a cultural visual project created by Studio Humano to highlight Latin American food culture through documented conversations with chefs, cooks and restaurant owners.
In our third instalment, we spoke to the owner of Jalisco, Carolina, where she takes us through what it’s like running a fast paced kitchen alongside her family and how the people of Brixton have been relishing in Mexican and Venezuelan flavours for over 17 years.
📍24-25 Brixton Village, Coldharbour Lane, London, UK
