A recent trip back to our Intuit Campus project last week in Mountainview, CA to inspect roof filtration. Employees are scheduled to move in January 2024. Our Intuitive B140 site renovation is finally getting underway. First signs of life on the site work with wall form work in progress. Say goodbye to a tired,impervious site. Going up with grades to the elevated first floor with a series of ramps and terraces. Before and after on these face lift projects is always satisfying. From the Studio Archives. 3223 Hanover in Stanford Research Park, a new ground up R&D development over subterranean parking. Preservation of twenty+ heritage oaks helped shape the site plan. Garage access was integrated into the hillside as well as the podium level courtyard. Ephemeral drainage vs perennial stream makes all the difference in setbacks!. A Larkspur CA residence nearing completion is set within a large redwood stand. We introduced a series of garden rooms to give the redwoods a sense of organization. The rear patio was reimagined as an elegant creekside terrace. This unique property spans the creek with a private bridge to a pool and spa.
