The zine “薄荷Peppermint Magazine”, for which I created the title, has been completed and kindly gifted to me. The feature “KINKY DARK WAVE” – utterly brilliant content that will get the blood pumping for fans of 80s and 90s subculture. (My kanji calligraphy is also featured.)
I began creating original kanji calligraphy in 2025.
I never imagined I’d get the chance to write the title for such an incredible zine. I cannot thank Editor Sudo-san @ayano_sudo enough for discovering my work. I’m absolutely delighted to have been able to contribute to the world of “薄荷” through my letters.
I do hope this opportunity leads to more commissions for kanji calligraphy...
