“The Green Room allowed us to fully embrace the era’s love of glamour and detail, a space where excess is celebrated and “more is more”, says Silvia.
This intimate retreat, awash in deep green tones and layered textures, captures the essence of quiet sophistication.

Located on the ground floor within the original fabric of the Tudor home, the guest bathroom is conceived as a quiet continuation of its heritage. A restrained palette of green tiles, Tundra stone and a soft grey vanity grounds the space in material richness.
The mirror becomes a defining gesture, part reflective, part sculpted stone with its gentle curve echoing the arched threshold as you enter the room.

A dated Mount Martha residence transformed.
Inspired by the coastal colours and textures of the Peninsula, every inch of the home was thoughtfully touched by @studio_esar from new materials and textured furnishings through to a new kitchen and bathrooms. The result is a light-filled contemporary home that feels entirely of its place.

Join us for a behind-the-scenes look at the design process for a much-loved family home in Hampton.
With interiors untouched for over 30 years, our goal was to breathe new life into the existing home, transforming it into a refined, coastal-inspired sanctuary designed for modern family living.
Now that construction is complete, we’re sharing a glimpse into how this beachside home was thoughtfully reimagined - from concept sketches and material palettes to on-site moments and final joinery details.
We can’t wait to share the final reveal.

A custom sculpted console in Pink Rhino marble anchors the entry hall at Tudorlea.
Tuscan-rendered walls, newly revived, create a soft, textural backdrop, while a glimpse of a curved batten wall subtly conceals a private lift with access to each floor. A gentle guiding path through to the new main extension and dining area.
A quiet sense of arrival, layered with intention.
