Keep swiping until the last photo for what I thought was such a sweet little Easter egg. The homeowners have lived on this property for years so they kept a few of the bricks from their old home and placed a couple of them on the facade! What a meaningful way to give homage to the place they called home for so long!

Site visits with homeowners are beyond critical! Today we met on site to discuss finish details of materials, door and window sills and headers and even some cabinetry concepts. Once the house is framed what I envisioned in my mind truly takes shape for the homeowner and allows us to dig even further into the vision.
