Great end to the week to get planning approval to extend & remodel this detached house on the outskirts of Berkhamsted - now on to detailed design & lining up works to start on site
External & internal CGIs are a great way for clients visualise a design & fine tune the finishes - which really helped on this side return & loft conversion project starting on site next month
A sunny site visit to Enfield this morning to coordinate landscaping works & see our block of assisted living flats reveal itself from behind the hoarding

This project comprised of a raised ground floor extension, landscape walling, paving and country estate style fencing.
The house needed a more natural flow that suited its desired use - The objective was to build an open plan kitchen diner living area that linked to the existing house, garden and driveway. @studio_cbd
