Museum of History and Future by @studio8.12 is strategically placed on the southwest corner of the site, maximizing landscape and pedestrian areas while maintaining efficient service access. Occupying less than 15% of the ground area, the building integrates into a natural setting inspired by Finnish wetlands, creating a park and art garden rich in native species. Raised above ground, the structure allows for open public space below and functions as a stormwater buffer. Its low, calm volume features inner courtyards and permeable design, encouraging visitor movement. Clad in modular vertical panels, the building appears solid from afar but reveals transparency and openness up close.
