The Foundation Posture Check is one of my favorite PBT exercises. This exercise helps students with their posture, weight distribution and alignment. Also helps the non-ballet dancers to improve their posture on a daily basis!

This exercise is to build strength in the foot and lower leg area. We place the small ball around the heel area to stop any deviation of the ankle or the foot as we rise up.
This exercise also activates our abdominal/glutes and helps improve alignment, control, ankle strength and stability. 💪🏼
