Hello everyone! Welcome to Studio 3 Tables!
We are a bipoc-run and focused pottery studio that prioritizes on giving space to Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour potters here in Tiohtià:ke (Montreal, Quebec).
We're just starting this journey and are excited to see how it grows! Right now we are offering space in this studio for local bipoc folks who want explore pottery, either through making, sharing or teaching, all at a sliding-scale price.
We will also be posting events and documenting people's making journeys here!

Week 2 of my @studio3tables beginner pottery workshop and my bowls weren’t really bowl-ing too much…
Tried to make them wide like the demo @saavaannaa did… but they clay didn’t really want to center right or cooperate with me 😅

I started a beginner pottery workshop with @studio3tables … learning how to center the clay on the wheel was definitely harder than it looks and then forming it into something vaguely resembling a cup or a bowl is a whole other challenge! #foxyappetite #mtl #pottery

to me the scent of bakhoor is so closely tied to memories of gathering with loved ones, beautifying a home and coffee ceremonies. its part of why it’s my favourite piece of functional ceramics to create. If you love incense, whether it’s sticks, cones or bakhoor and want to add a personal touch to your experience of burning it, this workshop is for you ❤️
