With a spacious, open-plan layout, world-class recording equipment, and a curated collection of instruments - from a hand-picked Shigeru Kawai grand piano to vintage guitars and high-end synths - they provide an ideal setting for artists, producers, and engineers. Every detail is designed to help bring music to life. Whether it’s a single-day session or a full-scale production, Studio 250 blends professional-grade sound isolation with creative freedom, ensuring every performance and personality is captured with clarity and depth.

Our drum booth features a top of the range Yamaha Limited Edition 50th Anniversary Maple kit complimented by a set of Meinl cymbals. The kit sits on a dedicated drum riser to enhance sound isolation and projection, helping achieve a cleaner, more focused drum recording.

Studio 250 was created with musicians in mind... 🎧
Founder Mike Bayliss and producer Matt Butler led the project from start to finish, spending about eighteen months taking Studio 250 from initial concept to completion.
They focused on practical details, room acoustics, sight-lines, natural light, and workflow, to create a space that is both technically precise and comfortable for artists.
That hands-on approach defines the studio today, a studio built by people who understand what musicians need artistically and what engineers demand technically.
