Recently, our companies came together to work on a one-off opportunity on the Golden Mile in Brighton.
Taylor Dow from Dow Real Estate presented us with a challenge: help him bring something new to the market. Our solution? A tailored package that combined design and cost in one seamless offering.
Working closely with Studio McCue, we proposed a three-level luxury home with a build budget that aligned with market expectations. McCue designed it, Mancini Made priced it, and when Taylor took it to market, it sold in less than a week.
A successful outcome in one of Melbourne’s most coveted locations—and we’re already working on the next one.
