Started with two dreamers and a vision — today, we’re 19 hearts building Studio 6158 together.
While growing our processes, we learnt we needed to have Team Leads to coordinate, balance and bring output on the table when so many designers joined us in the office.
We can only achieve things when Team leads for every project are in place.
The architecture team — where every line, angle, and decision is intentional.
Structure, clarity, and quiet precision.
The interior teams where ideas turn into experiences.
One team: small in size, big in presence transforming “just a space” into something unforgettable.
The other: detail-driven to the core , if it feels effortless, it’s because nothing was left to chance.
The men of Studio 6158 the strength behind the scenes, showing up where it matters, physically and professionally.
Seven pillars that carry more than just weight.
The women of Studio 6158 — the backbone, the mind, the fire.
Twelve individuals who bring resilience, instinct, and relentless energy to everything we do.
Different teams, one studio.
“In 2016, @parzan_daruwalla took on his first freelance project trusted by a client to create something meaningful.
In 2017, @natasha.chawla joined him as a photographer for the same project. But the design enthusiast in her didn’t stop at the lens, she stepped into the process, taking on design alongside Parzan’s instinct to build and create.
Since then, it’s been a journey of growth, disagreements, learning, and a shared belief that good design evolves over time.
We are, quite literally partners in life and partners in design.
Parzan brings with him the ability to turn ideas into reality. Give him a challenge, and he’ll find a way through it. A natural mentor at heart, he spent 5 years teaching at Rizvi College of Architecture, where he also earned his B.Arch.
Natasha is driven by imagination constantly dreaming of spaces and the possibilities they hold. She finds joy in transformation, in rethinking, and in bringing a fresh perspective to every project.
Together, this is Studio 6158.”

Strength in the lines, softness in the curves.
At Studio 6158, Parzan and I create spaces where masculine structure meets feminine fluidity. The colour pops make the space playful, more like hide and seek. The warmth of wood in the dining area holds the space together while the arched niche creates a focal point.

Most people talk about what they’ve built.
We like talking about what could have been built better.
At Studio 6158, every project begins with questions, conversations, and honest suggestions not just presentations.
Because good design is not only about how a space looks, but how thoughtfully it works.
Introducing @sozo_izakaya , Chembur, a space where Japanese street culture meets warm, crafted minimalism. From bold red arches and soft lantern lighting to tactile textures, layered woodwork, and graphic details inspired by traditional izakayas, every corner is designed to feel immersive yet intimate. A project built around mood, movement, and a whole lot of character. 🍜

From the very beginning, we knew this space needed to be bold, something that wouldn’t get lost in its surroundings, yet felt deeply grounding the moment you stepped in.
At the same time, it had to feel like home. A place where you can let your guard down, settle in, and just be.
Natasha and Parzan from Studio6158 understood that instinctively, shaping a space inspired by the idea of a mud house, where earthy materials lead the story, and every wall feels hand-sculpted, raw, and intentionally imperfect.
Soft curves move through the space, easing away harsh edges and shadows. The result is something calm, fluid, and quietly welcoming. The palette remains honest, rooted in natural tones, drawn from the deep reds of local mud.
Everything here is designed not just to be seen, but to be felt.
Welcome to Amarii. A space meant to feel like a warm, quiet hug.
At @mokaiindia , the new space is a seamless evolution—larger, calmer, and designed to be experienced, not just visited. Envisioned by @karreenabulchandani and brought to life by @studio.6158 , it transitions from a bright, easy-going lower level to a cosy, home-like upper floor, all wrapped in soft, zen-inspired tones and thoughtful details.
While @cafes.of.india is all about spotlighting spaces and their F&B, Mokai goes a step further. From a well-curated, Asian-leaning menu to consistently fun, engaging content, they’ve built what a modern café should feel like—strong design, innovative offerings, and storytelling that truly connects. A standout effort by Team Mokai.
April was all about handovers, the tiny details that matter the most, deadlines, and a whole lot of running around, the kind of days where the site feels like a controlled storm and every minute counts. But honestly, in between all that chaos, there are these little pockets of peace… those quiet moments where you stand back, look at the space, and realise it’s finally coming together. The calm before the big day, the final touches, the last round of detailing and that feeling of watching a vision turn into reality.
From MISA, Kharghar to Dombivali handover prep, from the warmth of Amari Café, Pune to the earthy tones of Brown Rituals, Thane and the vibe of Sozo, Chembur, April was busy, exhausting, exciting… and deeply fulfilling.
Here’s an April recap full of in-between moments that made every handover worth it.
