Today we announce the first of a series of shows with @darkdescentrecords label mates @sepulchralcurse : 28th of November we finally return to Aarhus for our first full concert in more than 5 years when we wreak havoc upon @headquarters_hq
Dark Descent Records Label mates Strychnos and Sepulchral Curse team up for a couple of select shows in Denmark this fall. Prepare for a package of dark Death Metal as these two entities will seek to leave the mausoleums of Copenhagen and Århus open come November.
Sepulchral Curse is a dark Death Metal outfit from Turku born in 2013 who established their name with a handful of formidable releases, culminating with their latest 2025-full length “Crimson Moon Evocations”. This band certainly needs to be experienced live, as their crushing and aggressive performance takes absolutely no prisoners and elevates the sonic onslaught of their releases. Finnish Death Metal at its finest. These shows will be their first ever on Danish soil.
Strychnos started back in 1997, but first released their debut album, the highly acclaimed “A Mother’s Curse”, after 25 years of existence. Since then, the band has not released the throttle and in 2024 they delivered their second album “Armageddon Patronage” and are now relevant again with the new full length “Forever in the moment of Death” to be released this fall. Strychnos has proven themselves on various festivals and shows throughout Europe, infamous for their blood dripping live performances, delivering their unique style of Black/Death Metal with gory and capable emphasis.
The darkness will surely descent over Scandinavia this fall.

The demo that started it all. Released in 1998, sporting two tracks and an outro. Recorded by @parkinsonaim and @dynatronsynth using a primitive drum machine.
@aztervonghoul picked up on this and signed us on @thetruehorrorrecords to release our first 7” EP.
All of the Old material is available on CD and at our Bandcamp on the “Lesson in Terror” anthology.

We still have some merch left for both as well, but we’re down to the very last “Uendelig Begravelsesmarch” t-shirts. XL sold out and only 1-3 remains of the rest of the sizes.
