Meet Malan, a 60-year-old wonder woman with a heart as big as her furry family. Her day begins at 4 AM and stretches into the early hours of the next day as she lovingly cooks, feeds, and cares for her dogs and cats, each with a name and a place in her heart. Despite the challenges of reduced donations post-lockdown, Malan continues to care for them with unwavering love. She works on limited contributions, stretching every bit to provide food and aid to her âkids.â
If youâd like to support this incredible mission and help her keep going, DM @animalmom_foundation to contribute. Every little donation will make a big difference!

You know that feeling when you slide into an auto and suddenly the city just⌠opens up? The wind hits different, the noise makes sense, and suddenly you realise youâre in the city of dreams.
The Taj Palace standing like royalty on the waterfront. Regal Cinema, a little worn, a little golden, holding decades of Saturday night shows in its walls. Kala Ghoda, where artists set up on the streets and museums sit quietly next to each other.
And through all of it, your auto just keeps moving.
Thatâs Mumbai. It doesnât pause for you to take it in
Dakshita Parkar animated every bit of that feeling. The way the auto wobbles through traffic. Itâs the kind of work that makes you feel the humidity, hear the horns, and somehow miss Mumbai even when youâre already here.

His name is Murphy. He rides a 1981 Chetak with a sidecar through Mumbai.
His human, Mithil, is a wedding filmmaker. Spends his days capturing other peopleâs love stories. Didnât realise he was living one.
It started on a Vespa. Evolved into Murphyâs Wagon. Now itâs just part of Mumbaiâs street culture.
At home, Murphy isnât just a pet⌠heâs family (arguably the favourite one).
Outside, heâs a full-blown celebrity.
Just a man and his dog, making the city a little more interesting.
Follow @murphys_wagon for the cutest vibes.

Remember that feeling? The moment you crossed that entry gate as a kid. This wasnât the real world anymore.
Neon bleeding into the night sky. The Boat Jhula, packed with strangers screaming, laughing, arms thrown up. The Giant Wheel standing tall against the night, butterflies already filling your stomach just from looking at it yet your feet are already moving toward it, because you need that view from the top.
Bulbs hundreds of them strung across every ride, every stall, every corner, turning a dusty maidan into something that felt almost sacred. The smell of popcorn, cotton candy, and sugarcane juice cutting through the cold night air. Filmi songs blasting from speakers that have seen better days but still somehow make you want to dance.
And Athul somehow froze all of it. Frame by frame, he turned a local mela into pure cinema.
