My path has been shaped by diverse ventures and global experiences, serving as a powerful education in how to connect with people and build successful enterprises. After collecting the stories and viewpoints of countless individuals across 32 places I’ve called home, I’ve found my calling in real estate back where it all started: Denver, Colorado. It is here that I utilize that broad spectrum of perspectives to drive my clients’ success during the most significant moments in their lives. I’m also oddly obsessed with lawn care, lol.
When many people hear I am multilingual, they think I have some sort of crazy brain or “gift” that enables me to learn languages. I think the more likely reason is that I’ve learned to enjoy the challenge and become comfortable with the embarrassment that comes with NOT being able to communicate. This is the key - I don’t speak any of them perfectly, and never will - and that’s OK. While I don’t always get to use them in my professional life, they have taught me many other skills that I use everyday.

@barbaracorcoran famously says buyers make up their minds within 8 seconds of walking into a home. ⏱️
Why so fast? Because you’ve already done the homework. You’ve obsessed over the photos, watched the virtual tours, and scoped out the neighborhood. Walking through the front door is just confirming what you already know. 🏡✨
But here’s the catch: if a buyer doesn’t immediately feel the 3 “C”s when they walk in, they’re walking right back out. 🛑
What are the 3 Cs? 🤔

It’s like Denver diner food inception or something…
A fun piece of family lore right here. Louis’ Diner, Littleton Boulevard and Windermere.
Owned by Luis Estrada, who was a chef for my dad for several years. My dad had two diners on the corner of Alameda and Knox Court in West Denver for about 40 years.
My pops closed up shop, and Luis opened up this diner. And here’s the kicker: he basically uses the exact same food distributors and almost an identical menu.
So whenever I’m feeling a hankering for my dad’s food, I actually pop into Louie’s, which is the funniest thing.
And what’s even funnier is I think it’s his cousin or brother-in-law, Jose, who also worked for my dad, owns Mike’s Cafe on Federal.
So if I’m not in Littleton and I’m closer to Core Denver, I’ll pop in there and just have my dad’s food.

2. Yes, you order a bowl of green chili, not a plate - total malaka mistake!

Hilltop is about legacy. If you can’t spend time doing the things you love with the people you cherish, then what really is the point? I help you make the right choices with that in mind.
