A new milestone at Nivå at South Bank, April 2026.
Nivå 4 has broken ground, bringing four of the six villas into simultaneous development along Turtle Tail. Nivå 2, Nivå 3, and Nivå 5 continue to advance steadily alongside, while Nivå 1 is scheduled to break ground in June — completing the build sequence for every sold villa within the collection.

My good friend Henry, founder of The Boundary, asked me to take part in their series 'In Conversation With'.
Henry and I first met when he came in for an interview at the practice I was working at, some twenty years ago, and we've been good friends ever since. While we normally have these conversations in the pub, this time we sat down to reflect and record.
We talked about how our careers and businesses have developed while balancing craft with scale. How we test ideas, refine them, and keep looking for something better.
And even now, all these years later, the best work still comes from being actively engaged in the process.
