Lizzie Goulden @lizzie_goulden Bethan Lewis @bethanboks and Steph Else @steph_else5 had a demo from Arthur before assembling their own tasty take on 'The BIG ONE' - a v. popular wrap and 'go-to' lunch option on the Strip Steak menu 👀
With a vote, Bethan's wrap took the top spot and will soon be appearing on the @stripsteakbars Specials with a percentage of profits going to Bethan's chosen charity 🫶 — keep an eye out for when it drops! 👀😁

We elevated lunch in half term with a visit to @stripsteakbars 😋. The lunchtime special SLT sando with the angus beef was just a mighty meal in itself 😅. But definitely the highlight for me.
We also tried;
- Argentinian Angus Sirloin Steak on top of waffle fries
- SLT Sando with Angus Steak
- Fried Chicken Wings with buffalo glaze & blue cheese ranch dip
- Jalapeño & mozzarella doughnuts
- Kids Chicken and waffle fries
- Strip Doughnuts with Nutella filling
The sando was a winning combo of toasted brioche bread, garlic dressing, lettuce, cheese and steak. It was very good 👏🏼. We also really rated the Jalapeño & Mozz doughnuts with just the right spice and cheese.
Definitely one to check out when you’re next down @gloucester_food_dock 😍.

🌯 The Big Wrap - Crispy onions, gem lettuce, strip dip fries, philly drip, cluckin good garlic buttered and steak wrapped in an authentic Lebanese flatbread.
🥩 Or the classic steak and chips, whether that be the Bavette, Picanha rump or signature Argentina Angus.
Grab yourself a soft drink, mocktail or something harder like a cocktail, beer/cider or fizz. Make this lunch quick, simple and as fancy as you’d like!
But also if you’re not a steak fan, then the chicken options are just as tempting. Vegan options are available too, although be prepared to be surrounded by some experts in the world of steak!
Within our party, I required Dairy Free options and my friend required Gluten Free. Our dietary needs were managed and catered for smoothly so you’re good to feel like you’re in safe hands.
A must-visit for meat lovers looking for something a little special at lunchtime. There’s even some special lunchboxes now on offer, something we’ll be going back to try.
But I must say that chimichurri steak wrap was something else and could be tempted by that again instead🤩😮💨
