You ever came home & the locks were changed?
If you REALLY know me, you know I’m a crier.....& Last night I cried. All tears of joy, awkwardness, & sincere appreciation.
I’m so used to naturally being one who wants to make sure “my ppl” are ok, good, & enjoying themselves. But last night, that exact energy was all directed towards me. Shit felt kinda weird to be honest lol.
My ppl were there JUST for me.
The amount of love that filled those rooms, reassured me that I am actively doing the job that God assigned for me.
The crowd you keep is direct correlation & reflection of the life you’re living and building. I love my tribe & I know that they love me.
I am officially inducted into the 40 club. But for some reason, I still feel 21...crazy🤪
