This special collaboration features "TSUYU" (@tsuyu_kamakura_gin ), a craft gin born from the lush natural bounty of Kamakura. Our sweets menu blends traditional Chinese techniques with a playful, early-summer lightness, featuring vibrant Butterfly Pea Aiyu Jelly reminiscent of hydrangeas and blueberry-flavored Taiwanese sponge cake. The botanical notes of the gin harmonize beautifully with the delicate sweetness of the desserts.
The savory selection offers authentic flavors with a modern twist, including an escabeche designed to highlight the dry finish of "TSUYU" and a luxurious Chinese burger featuring Japanese Black Wagyu sirloin.
