It was so fun playing for the American Board of Family Medicine holiday party this month at @limestonehall ! We just have 3 more weddings for 2025 and are excited to play them, and start on 2026 weddings next month! Even though I am terrible at posting, this year, we played at 95 weddings and events and had so much fun doing them! Here’s to another great year! This afternoon we had a duet in Stanford Kentucky playing prelude and ceremony. This evening we also had a duet in Springfield KY also playing prelude and ceremony! 🎶🎻
Beautiful wedding in Winchester today at a private farm! Our quartet played some (new to us) Lana Del Ray songs! We also had a trio at Ashford Acres Inn playing prelude and ceremony, and a duet at Bodock Farms in Cumberland Co!
We had some beautiful weddings on this windy May Saturday! We had quartets at Saxony and the Lexington Country Club, a trio at Mustard Seed Hill, and a duet at Heartland of Versailles! We were supposed to have a trio at Heart of Grace in London, but unfortunately that wedding had to be rescheduled. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone that had terrible weather last night. We enjoyed playing This Will Be as the recessional at 3 out of the 4!
2024 has been a year full of fun gigs! In January, I found out I was pregnant so on top of teaching full time and coordinating/playing weddings, I just didn’t get a chance to post a ton! We had so much fun playing around 60 weddings/events this year and are excited about the last couple we have this year. Keep us in mind for all your string needs for 2025/2026!
