I been playing guitar 20+ years and always talked trash about pedals… mostly 😉
Had a wah-wah as a teenager(Hendrix days 🎸) and a few boost/distortion boxes over the years,but I was always more of a guitar → cable → amp kinda guy.
If it didn’t come from my fingers, I didn’t really trust it.
But lately…
I been messing around with a few pedals and somehow I ended up with a prototype pedalboard.
Didn’t see that one coming.
Not trying to sound fancy or modern.
Just trying to make the guitar shake a little different than it did yesterday.
Same old blues…

-Friends saying hi
-An enthusiastic endorsement from the sidewalk
- a very on-brand interruption
-A surprise blessing
Anything can happen on the street
