Congrats to everyone who showed up and made it count. We’d like to take a moment to say thank you for the laughs, the memories, the long days, and the way this community shows up every single year!
From the first setup day to the final teardown this is built by people who care. Volunteers, shooters, vendors, sponsors, families… every single one of you is part of something bigger than just arrows hitting targets.
We’re all cleaned up here, everyone’s heading home, and we’re really in our feels. Because once it’s over, you realize it was never just about the targets… it was about all of you, strangers becoming friends..becoming family.

🚗 Know Before You Go: PARKING
When you arrive:
- Our parking crew will be out each morning directing you where to go
- You may be directed to park on the range or designated neighboring property
Important reminders:
🚫 Do NOT remove ribbons, stakes, or posted markers!!!
🧡 Please respect neighboring properties
🗑️ Pack out your trash, help us keep the area clean
⚠️ Parking restrictions will be enforced
🥇 VIP parking will be clearly marked for pass holders.
🚌 Carpool if you can, parking fills up FAST
🚗 Do NOT block roads
🔵 Handicap parking is extremely limited
🚫 Per CHP, parking along Swasey Drive is not allowed
🚫 BLM land across the street is NOT event parking (camping/recreation use only)

It’s all coming together! We still have a mix of big and small tasks we’re working through as we get closer.

We’re excited to welcome back some of our longtime favorites and introduce a couple new food & beverage vendors joining us this year. Please show them some love Thursday-Sunday
🔥 J&J’s Smokin’ BBQ
If you’ve been to the Classic before, you already know. J&J’s crew works all night smoking the meats so everything is ready for a full day of hungry archers. Their burritos are INSANE!!
🍕 Goodtimes Pizza
Fresh hot pizza made on site and always a crowd favorite. Whether you need a quick slice between targets or food for the whole crew, Goodtimes always delivers.
🍹 Barplicity
You all know and love them! Barplicity’s Mobile Bar will be back serving cocktails and mocktails. The perfect spot to gather, relax, and swap stories after the course humbles you.
☕ Restore Mobile Coffee *NEW*
Serving up solar-roasted specialty coffee to keep archers fueled all weekend long. Perfect for those early morning starts on the course.
🍧 Wipeout Hawaiian Ice *NEW*
New to the Western Classic vendor lineup, but the owners are long-time Straight Arrow members, so many of you will recognize them. They’ll be serving up refreshing shaved ice.

This year, we’re looking at some BEAUTIFUL conditions:
☀️ Highs in the upper 70s to low 80s
🌅 Cool mornings in the low 50s
🌤️ Mostly sunny skies
⚡ Slight chance of rain on Saturday
What that means for you:
👟 Wear good shoes!! this is NOT flat ground
🧢 Bring a hat + light layers for the mornings
💧 Stay hydrated (long days + sun adds up fast)

From now until the Classic, we’ll be out on the range every day getting things ready and we could use all the help we can get!
Already made it into town? This is a great way to spend a little time and help out before the weekend kicks off 🤍
We’ve got LOTS of small odd jobs, plus bigger ones like weed eating and general setup. If you’ve got an hour (or a few), it makes a huge difference.
