National Skilled Trades Day looks like this for our team: on-site, evaluating students completing the Georgia High School Heavy Equipment Operator capstone project.
These students train for months on CAT simulators before operating real bulldozers and excavators in front of industry judges. Those who pass earn a Level 1 HEO certification and a clear path to one of the most in-demand careers in construction.
Strack, Inc. is helping develop the evaluation criteria for this program in collaboration with key industry partners, and we are committed to its growth.
