With a background in choreography-based training and a practice rooted in ecological psychology, her work focuses on perception, environment, and action. Rather than teaching sequences or tricks, she emphasizes the how of movement - quality, efficiency, and adaptability - supporting dancers in developing real body awareness and transferable skills across styles.
