Nobody gets good at building without a few mistakes along the way. Biggest red flag? A builder who says they haven’t made any mistakes. 🤥
For us — it was those damn door magnets. Seemed simple, but they were actually our #1 service call in the first year.
It all tested fine in the shop… but add heat, seasons, and repeated sessions and it was a different story.😩
Next thing we know we’re driving 4 hours to replace an $8 magnet.💸
