not gonna lie, this one hurts 💔 Thanks to everyone who showed up to support us the past 2 days at JCA 💚💛sorry we couldn’t get the job done, but full credit to GB for playing some great 🎾. We’ve got some work to do to get back into the finals, so back to the drawing board and we will be ready to go in November 💪💪
In 2022, we took on Great Britain in 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐲𝐚𝐫𝐝 to seal our spot in the final.
Now, they have to come to 𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬. 🇬🇧➡️🇦🇺

Title town in Austin… yeeeeehaww 🏆🤠 such a fun week at the @atxopen 🎾 and on court with @tay_taytownsend 🩷 Thanks to Bryan, Christo and the whole ATX Open team for making our experience so enjoyable & getting us to Indian Wells in time to play (and win!) our qualies match today 🔥 So grateful and already can’t wait to come back!! 🤗 (also shoutout @nicole_pratt__oly for finally getting a title as coach in person!!! First one since 2017!😂)
This week marks one year since coming back on tour and I wanted to share some thoughts and reflections that I had 😊
After spending almost a year rehabbing my Achilles, I was excited to finally return. I thought that because I’d put the hard yards in I’d just pick up where I left off…but it wasn’t that simple.
My level was not where I expected it to be and in some ways I had forgotten how to handle the pressure and how to compete. I was completely focused on my rankings and results, & spending every training session and match comparing myself to before my injury. I doubted myself more than I ever had before. Some days I feared I’d never get back to the level I once reached and really questioned was this all worth it?
I feel really proud of myself to be able to sit here today and say that I’ve come such a long way in this past year. I’ve had to work hard on being kinder to myself and not judging success based on my rankings and results. I’ve enjoyed the challenge to see how far I can go and to embrace the adversity and tough days that inevitably come with professional tennis. I think one of the biggest learnings for me is to make sure you surround yourself with good people. People that support you but also challenge you, and I am very lucky that I have such amazing people around me! 🩷
Anyways, not really sure where I was going with this, just wanted to share my feelings 🤗💛
