Swipe to see the photo from J&J's wedding that made me *gasp* *out* *loud*. 🍐🪨 The wedding took place in the exquisite gardens at the private home of the bride's dear friends– a place that also has kismet ties to the groom's family. The homeowner and garden's caretaker had a path stone made from Jennie and Jame's monogram as a surprise for the bride and groom, and even though I'd shared the artwork for it to be made, I hadn't seen the result and was struck as I looked through the images from @branditoolephoto . At every turn in these gardens there's a special moment to stop and reflect and it's such a joy to know that generations in the future may pause on the garden path and wonder about J&J and their little pear branch, and what that day in September was like way back when.

@stonefruitstudio blew me away from the start with an incredible rebrand. The image of the bird and dogwood was the first concept she presented and I knew it was the one. Sort of like when you're on a first date and think "something's different here".
This is what she wrote about it: "I chose the flowering dogwood branch partly for the beauty of its bloom but also for the symbolism of delicacy, hope (early spring bloomer), and durability. It reminds me of the balance you strike between beautiful, intimate, and effortless films that are confident and strong.
Like you with the stories of your clients, the bird and flowers are in conversation.
The rounded rectangle is inspired by wax seal stamps and intaglio signet rings."

One month of Violet. Violet Kay Higgins Weiser was born on her due date, 9/30/22 at 8:53 PM weighing 6lb 14oz and 19 3/4 inches long. The first month of loving her has flown by. 💜💌

This thoughtful couple chose sentimental trees and I painted one for each table. Guests found their way to their special botanical table and our couple now has a set of keepsake artwork they can display at home!

Got to be my own client for these special baby shower invitations. Due 9/30: baby girl Higgins Weiser. Alex and I were honored by our mothers and my Aunt Mo with a shower this weekend. I’m overwhelmed by the love and generosity of family and friends and looking forward to this new adventure.
If you’ve been on Stone Fruit’s website lately you may have noticed our books are closed for the moment. 2022 has been the busiest year of work: an overwhelming gift that will allow me a maternity leave and a chance to refine our processes for 2023 clients.
