Thanks for joining us for a fun night as we closed out 2024 events in London over @rake_bar we also previewed the very first taste of our 28th Anniversary Ale and sampled the very first bottle in the UK of Arrogant Bastard Whiskey! Excited to find a new @amathusdrinks outlet in the ‘hood selling beers like @stonebrewing @stonebrewinguk Xocoveza Imperial Stout! Wow, what a treat! On the nose, aromas of bitter chocolate, coffee and subtle vanilla with what I can only describe as a beguiling dark berry/port like note, but on the palate the spices (nutmeg and cinnamon) and a big hit of chilli really kick in! Pasilla peppers, used in this beer, are milder than jalapeños, for example, but make their presence felt! A smooth, rich mouthfeel rounds it all out and the finish is long and more-ish! Brighton!Join us in three weeks as we return to town for the 2nd annual “STONE STROLL” we’ll be partnering up again with our friends @eveningstarbrighton & @brick.brighton with an epic line up of beers and prizes!We’ll be in town to kick things off on Thursday 22nd August and the event will run through Friday 23rd August.It’s pretty simple! Collect a stamp card from either venue and tick all four beers pouring on tap in both venues to be entered into a prize draw! Also, don’t forget to collect a free STONE IPA pint can from The Evening Star for the stroll to The Brick!We have some incredible beers pouring including some rare classics from way back, all the way from Prizes include : STONE Merch, STONE beers and for the top prize we are delighted to be pairing up with local bottle shop in Hove : @winebarrelhove - £50 voucher!We look forward to see you all again!Cheers
