Ben’s back. Thanks mate! We based the concept on three beastly demons that rule over sea, land and sky. I managed to sneak in a small stone circle and the pillars in the sea are a nod to that bit in Lord of the Rings where they drift between the giant Argonath pillars. 🐉 🦣 🦅 🪨 ⛪️ 🌊 ⛰️ 🌬️
Making my stencil, No iPads! ⁕ When I was able to get back to tattooing, I sold my iPad right away… this was done with the intention to get back to drawing the way I enjoy, with tangible materials! ⁕ The slower process allows me to focus more on the details and quality of a design and I can have everything laid out in front of me, so it’s in the front of my mind, not hidden behind a locked black screen when I enter the studio. ⁕ This process has already given me so much more joy from tattooing and drawing in general. I’m not preaching anything here, work how you want to work! But for me paper and ink is king 🙌 ✍️ 🌞
