Faces of Canon Nordic — Meet Timea Slavic
As a Product Manager for digital interchangeable lens cameras at Canon Nordic, Timea has spent the past 3.5 years working with products that empower image-makers around the world. But beyond the launches, roadmaps, promotional planning and strategy meetings, photography is also her personal language - one she speaks fluently, both in analog and digital.
Outside the office, you’ll likely find her behind a lens - observing her surroundings and capturing images of places near and far. With the classic Canon AE-1 loaded with film, Timea often captures timeless, cinematic moments while traveling. She also loves to shoot expressive and intimate portraits with her EOS R6 and RF 24-70mm F2.8 lens.
For Timea, photography is all about presence and connection - observing and honoring the small moments and details that often go unseen. Whether she's behind the scenes crafting product strategy or behind the camera chasing light, Timea lives and breathes visual storytelling and it’s all about observing, and telling real, human stories through the frame that hold space for softness, strength, and vulnerability.
