🌟✨ What an incredible year for @starchildstilts and Richard Dalton of @stiltcircus at the 2024 @nmstatefair New Mexico State Fair! Saturday was Pow Wow day in the Indian Village, and it truly is one of our favorite moments of the fair. It was amazing to see all the tribes come together, showcasing their vibrant and intricate regalia while performing their traditional dances.
A huge thank you to our friend James Edwards for inviting us to join in on the intertribal dance! We had such a wonderful time dancing in the center alongside all the talented traditional dancers, and powerful singers and drummers, and we were grateful James captured some fantastic shots of the day. 📸
Another highlight was reconnecting with the Archuleta family from Bear Necklace Dancers, spending quality time with James’s mom, Irene Edwards and meeting Ralph and Pauline Sarracino. These moments really make the fair special for us.

We saw a historic rocket launch 🚀 to the moon 🌑 right as the daily parade was taking off what a spectacular sight! Swipe through to see us looking up at the sky in awe.
With the full moon shining bright, we danced our hearts out, creating an amazing atmosphere filled with joy and energy. It was definitely one of our favorite days at the fair, with so much happening all around us!

The Miami Youth Fair is in full swing, and we’re excited to share that @starchildstilts and Richard Dalton of Stilt Circus are here to spread smiles and joy! On this day, we donned our creative farmer costumes and performed a super long set, looping around the entire fairgrounds. This annual tradition takes us an hour and a half to complete, but the laughter and memories make it all worthwhile. We love bringing our artistic flair to the fair, and we look forward to continuing this tradition each year.
