Tonight we closed out our Live Music Yoga series, and my heart is full. 🎻🤍
There is something about moving to live strings that changes everything.
Breath gets deeper.

The room starts to feel like one shared heartbeat.
This series reminded me that it’s not just the big moments that move us — it’s the pauses between them. The stillness before the next note. The quiet breath between poses. The space where we integrate.
